PRACTICE
The "Practical" units are located in Silo1B, which stands out for having smaller structural modules. Designed for short stays, these apartments offer a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a rest area that includes a bed, storage space and a small multifunctional table for support, study, meals and similar activities. We selected Loufai's photographs that capture the urban landscape of our city and combined them with a palette of colors and objects that evoke the culture of Juiz de Fora.
Loufai
LUCAS MACHADO is a video editor, motion designer and self-taught photographer from Ouro Fino, in the interior of Minas Gerais. In 2012 he moved to São João Del-Rei to study, where he first came into contact with audiovisual production. Since then, he has been improving his skills in practice, constantly working on his professional development. Although he didn't finish university, his experience there (and his friends along the way) led him to TV Integração, where he worked as a video editor and motion designer for almost four years, editing for the morning newspapers and creating vignettes and graphics for the TV program. In 2019, he released his first short documentary called "Introspection". Today he lives in Porto, in the north of Portugal, and is a freelancer, working as a video editor and motion designer for various clients around the world.
